1. Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of TimeBeacon, provided by:

2. Service Description

TimeBeacon is a time tracking Board View for monday.com. It provides visual weekly overviews, goal tracking, analytics, and a desktop timer — all integrated within the monday.com platform.

3. Plans & Pricing

TimeBeacon is available in both free and paid plans. The scope of features depends on the selected plan. Details on current pricing and plan features are available within the monday.com marketplace listing and the app itself.

Hubora GmbH reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Obligations

• You must have a valid monday.com account to use TimeBeacon.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of time tracking entries submitted through the app.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

5. Data Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimer

TimeBeacon displays and processes data sourced from monday.com. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. The accuracy of time tracking information depends on the data entered by users in monday.com.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hubora GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Inaccurate data displayed by the service
• Interruptions or outages of the service or the monday.com platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In any event, the total liability of Hubora GmbH shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Hubora GmbH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using TimeBeacon at any time by uninstalling the app from your monday.com account. Upon uninstallation, all associated data is automatically deleted within 10 days (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Hubora GmbH may suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
